Enterprise champions are the real deal

A pack of playing cards featuring local role models is helping to engage residents of South Tyneside into enterprise.

Push Creative, were approached by TEDCO on behalf of South Tyneside Means Business to assist them with the promotion of The UCanB Project - the project aims to assist and support local people to become self-employed.

We were invited to develop a memorable way to communicate the help and support on offer for people thinking about starting their own business.

The solution was to develop a pack of cards containing real life enterprise champions and business advice in a box. They can be played in a similar way to a top trumps game but can also be played as a traditional card game.

Liz says "The idea of a portable pack to create a talking point about self-employment was the lynchpin of the idea, we wanted the cards to appeal to a wide range of people and be fun and memorable. The campaign will also see a magician using the pack at events, included will be close up magic and marketing messages within the performance to make the content memorable."

Liz adds "We're really pleased to have been able to support this local enterprise initiative, South Tyneside has a community full of really fantastic businesses, it's important to spread the word to inspire other enterprising people in the region."

As part of the campaign Push Creative have also designed a support pack, website and promotional items to spread the word about enterprise.
