In one of the largest public consultation campaigns, Push Creative successfully managed the two year contract to communicate to council tenants about positive changes to their homes to bring them up to the decent homes standard. This included brand management and design of bids and strategies to change the way the homes were to be managed - Central Government cited this as the most effective campaign they had seen.

The extensive contract included:
Branding, exhibition and roadshow design, livery, uniforms, newsletters and distribution, strategies, internal and external communication material.
